Let’s be modest, we are not there yet, but it will come. Survey for WEHOOP, the new functionality offered with version 5.3 of the platform, allows you to survey your colleagues, teams, customers and more.
Survey services such as SurveyMonkey, SoGoSurvey, SurveyPlanet and many others allow you to survey employee or customer satisfaction, conduct market research or validate a “Product-Market fit” for example. All of this can be done at no cost with limited functionality. You will need to subscribe in order to use more advanced features such as more questions, more types of questions, the use of conditional branches, hiding the solution logo, etc.
With SURVEY for WEHOOP , conduct your own surveys directly from the WEHOOP platform. Simply go to the “Content management” area to configure your survey. One of the advantages of SURVEY for WEHOOP is the possibility of accessing your company data either to determine the participants (groups, department, …), to offer choices of answers to questions and more.
You can solicit survey participants in different ways such as group members, department staff, a mailing list or a web link, and they can respond from their smartphone, tablet or PC. It is also possible to allow respondents to share the survey with their contacts, thus increasing the number of respondents.
