Security and user management

The WEHOOP platform offers enterprise-grade security. It offers granular security that applies at different levels: authentication, space, view, process, form, section and fields. Shared resources

Reuse is at the heart of WEHOOP and allows you to reduce the time spent on design and improves the quality of your processes. We have grouped all these elements in one place.

• Space
  A space is like a homepage or a portal. It allows you to group users who have the same responsibilities or needs by offering them a page, navigation and information specific to the context. It offers its own navigation (Spaces menu button located on the left of the screen) as well as Widgets presenting information in different forms. Each space is secure so that it is available only to the people concerned.
• Widget
  Widgets are visual blocks presenting information in various forms: List, table, graphs or indicators. Several widgets can appear in the same space.
• A list can contain text values or refer to users.
  Examples: Type of leave, Unions, titles jobs, places, etc.
• Apples of APIs and SQL queries
• Custom views
  The view descriptor allows you to present your data in column format, list and calendar without any programming.

Simulation environment

This is where it all begins. There you can assemble your solutions, test ideas and enjoy a complete simulation environment that will enable you to succeed on the first try!
