WHAT'S NEW IN VERSION 5.7
Discover the new features and improvements available in this version of WEHOOP. For all the details, see the release notes.
Make changes
There are a thousand and one reasons why you want to make changes to a document...
This new action allows you to correct data previously entered in your forms while maintaining integrity and access to it.
Reserved for process managers, the Make changes action also allows you to record the changes made in the history.
More personal notifications
Quickly identify who requires your collaboration
Now, notifications are identified by the name of the user who initiated the action leading to it. For example, when Audrey presses the Send button, a notification will be sent with Audrey Smith from WEHOOP.
Personalized communication
Your logo helps build trust with the user.
For all notifications sent to people outside your company or colleagues who are not users of the WEHOOP platform, your company logo will be used in the header of the notification to allow recipients to establish a link with your company.
Improved access to documents
You no longer have access to this document (PC-CANT-READ).
Have you ever received a notification from WEHOOP and when you try to access the document, you are shown a message indicating that you no longer have access to it?
We fixed this situation which occurred when an activity required the collaboration of more than one user. As soon as one user took charge of the activity, the others no longer had access to it. They will now retain access to view the document.
Improved document transfer
Transfer a document or reassign an activity?
The Transfer action allows you to change the user who initiated the form (its owner). The user who replaces him will have access to the document as if he had completed it.
As for the Reassign action, this allows you to assign another user to carry out the activity.
As these terms are often confused, only the owner of the process will be able to use the Transfer action. The Reassign action remains accessible to the user as well as to the owner of the process.
